Accessibility

We want this site to work for everyone, whatever device, browser or assistive technology you use.

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Motion

The home page moves as you scroll, and some scenes animate on their own. The Pause motion button in the bottom corner stops the animations, and your browser remembers the choice. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site shows a still version where nothing moves.

What we’ve done

  • Text has strong contrast against its background, including text over artwork.
  • Every page works with a keyboard, and the focus is always visible.
  • Images have text alternatives. Decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
  • Pages use headings and landmarks, so you can find your way with a screen reader.
  • The layout works from small phones to large screens, and zooms to 200%.

Known limitations

The animated demonstrations on the home page and the game pages are decoration. The same information is always in the text next to them.

Tell us

If something doesn’t work for you, contact us and tell us the page and what happened. We’ll do our best to fix it.
